Freshman Senate
The UTC Freshman Senate is a team of student leaders in their first year of study who want to learn and develop as leaders on our campus. The Freshman Senate meets on Wednesdays at 5pm each week. Some goals of this group are to create an interest in freshman about student government, to foster leadership at the early stages of student enrollment, obtain the freshmen view on the campus and observe how things work to be a liaison between the freshman class and SGA, plan and develop freshmen and campus programming, develop the students as leaders in areas of citizenship, service, diversity, and more!
